I bought this little saucepan to replace an existing 1.5 Qt Cuisinart pot that had started to leak at point where the handle connect to the main pot.
It looks nice, cleans nicely, the top fits better than the pot it replaced making it quite suitable for cooking rice. It is probably the most frequently used pot in the house.

The Cuisinart Multiclad pro line is the best value out there for cookware IMHO; it is leagues above the lower priced Cuisinart line (Classic); the 3 ply system really works as advertised. I was afraid to use it at first based on prior experience with SS cookware without non-stick coating. Used the MC skillet the first time to cook Fois Gras which requires high heat, and it did not burn at all, and it was my first time cooking this expensive delicacy! Have just ordered all the saucepans; don't bother with All Clad, it is overpriced and no better results. Even boiling water in the large 8 quart stockpot is faster and more controllable than other pans I have used; very surprised, glad we switched!

I bought 2 of these to supplement a 17 piece set of Professional Series Cuisanart Cookware. The set did not come with small saucepans, so I had to find others. Bought these and have used several times. I love. They heat up well and their style compliments the Professional Grade set I had purchased. They are sturdy and have a great feel and weight to them. I highly recommend these pots.
